Miss You - Color Throwdown Challenge #651

 

Hello and welcome to a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Amy Rysavy is our hostess and she has a fun color combo for us to work with.

I hadn't used BB Up In the Air Stamp Set and Die-namics from the latest MFT Vault Release so I thought I'd give it a whirl for this color combo. To begin, I sponged the background through Watercolor Wash Free Form Stencil--loving to stencil THROUGH these new stencils--you get a very interesting border effect that I love!! 

I used Micro Cloud Edges and Drifts & Hills along with Lazy Day and Sour Apple dye inks on Sweet Tooth card stock, then stamped the sentiment and popped it up on foam on a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

The images were stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut out with the coordinating Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and popped up in the scene with foam tape.
