Hello and welcome to Day Four of MFT’s February Release Countdown! Today we’re previewing BB Space Explorer, BB Space Explorer Die-namics, Sketched Blooms 2, Single Stitch Line Rounded Rectangle Frames Die-namics, and Single Stitch Line Rounded Square Frames Die-namics. Mark your calendars: Release is on February 7th at 9pm EST. Be sure to check by the MFT Blog for all the details!
I have a couple of cards for you today starting with this adorable set from Birdie Brown, BB Space Explorer and BB Space Explorer Die-namics. I did a watercolor wash for my deep space sky with Peerless Watercolors on Ranger Watercolor Paper and splattered stars using Copic Opaque White. All of the images were stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. The large moon was cut from watercolor paper, colored with Peerless Watercolors, and stamped with the sentiment, then popped up on foam mounting tape. The little guy’s tether is silver cord and attached to him and behind the large moon.
To add some realism, I added Glossy Accents to his helmet. The card front was all adhered to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

Up next is Sketched Blooms 2.
First I did a pale watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors on Ranger Watercolor paper, then stamped the flowers by inking the stamps up with Cornflower dye ink, Jellybean Green dye ink, and Brick Red dye ink, spritzing with a Mini Mister, and stamping. I adhered that to a Sweet Tooth card stock base, added a Single Stitch Line Rounded Rectangle Frames Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock, and popped it up on foam mounting tape.
I cut Friend Die-namics from brushed copper card stock and popped it up as well.
And that’s it from me for Day Four of MFT’s February Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you back tomorrow for Day Three!
