MFT's You Are Not Alone Card Kit Release

Hello, it's time!! MFT's latest card kit, You Are Not Alone, is now available for purchase in the MFT Online Boutique!! Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details and more inspiration from the MFT Design Team!

For today's card, I started by cutting lots of flowers from Poppin' Pink, Cotton Candy, and leaves from Sour Apple card stock then assembled the flowers.

The card front was created by cutting Stitched Eyelet Lace Rectangle STAX from Ranger Watercolor paper and applying a watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors. Once dry, the sentiment was stamped using Extreme Black hybrid ink and the panel was adhered to a Porcelain White card stock base with foam tape. Next the flowers and leaves were arranged and then adhered with hot glue and it was done!

And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for MFT's March Release Launch!

MFT's You are Not Alone Card Kit Countdown

Hello and welcome to Day One Countdown for MFT's latest card kit, You Are Not Alone. Included are You Are Not Alone stamps, You Are Not Alone  Die-namics, Show of Support Die-namics, and Soft Stripes Patterned Paper. Release is tomorrow, April 2nd, at 10am Eastern so set your clocks and don't forget to stop by the MFT Blog for details and more inspiration from the design team.

One of the flowers looks like a poppy to me so I used it to create a field of poppies on my card front after adhering a panel of Stathmore Bristol Smooth paper, sponged with Lazy Day dye ink, to a Porecelain White card stock base. I cut the "poppies" from Red Hot, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, and Sour Apple card stocks, arranged them on the card front and adhered them down.

Next I added two strips of patterned paper from the kit, popped up on foam, and then the sentiment, heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock, also popped up on foam. I finished off with some matching enamel dots.

And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for You Are Not Alone Card Kit Release!

Today I'm using PI Important Peep Stamp Set and PI Important Peep Die-namics. How cute is she??The images was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut with the coordinating Die-namics, then colored with Copic markers. The background was sponged on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Picked Raspberry and Dusty Concord Distress Inks, spattered with clean water and black acrylic ink, then stamped with the sentiment.

A strip of Orange Sherbet Patterned Paper was adhered to the bottom of a Porcelain White card stock base, then the sponged panel was popped up on foam tape after having some hemp cord tied around. The colored images were popped up on foam tape as well, and the card finished off with some matching enamel dots.
