Hi, everyone, I’m back again with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. You can find the sketch on the MFT blog and also in the MFT forum on SCS, as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I really love this sketch! I’m using Die-namics Blueprints 1 for everything except the sentiment panel (and of course, Die-namics Blueprints 1 for my Black Licorice card stock layer), which was cut with my Die-namics Oval STAX and the sweet little garland, made with my Die-namics Party Banner. The sentiment is from Birthday Greetings, and was done using the chalkboard technique. I stamped the sentiment on Black Licorice card stock with Versamark, heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, then stamped over that and a little off-center with white pigment ink. Then I added some details with a white Prismacolor pencil. The vertical element was done with black jute twine and a Black Licorice button.
Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set, stamped with Black Licorice ink.
And that’s it! Thanks so much for stopping by!
