Hi there and welcome back to Day Four of MFT’s January Release Countdown! Today we’re previewing BB Otterly Love You Stamp Set, BB Otterly Love You Die-namics, Stitched Scallop Basic Edges 2 Die-namics, Abstract Heart Die-namics, and Chevron Segments Cover-Up Die-namics. Remember that release is on January 10th at 9pm EST. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details.
OK, are these not THE cutest otters you’ve ever seen!? And see how that one is IN the water? There’s a die that cuts that slit and mimics the line of the little wave image. How stinking clever!! In addition to BB Otterly Love You and BB Otterly Love You Die-namics, I’m using the previously released Birch Trees Die-namics, Solid Birch Trees Die-namics, Grassy Hills Die-namics, Blueprints 21 Die-namics, and Puffy Clouds Die-namics to create my scene.
The sky and water were both done with a Peerless Watercolors wash on Ranger Watercolor Paper and the images were stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored with Copic markers, and popped up on foam mounting tape for dimension. This card is also for this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges.

My second card today is totally different :)
My card base is Sweet Tooth card stock and the card front was made from Ranger Watercolor Paper. To begin with I stamped the sentiment using another new set that you’ll be seeing much more of in a few days, Well-Connected Alphabet. I stamped it with Versamark, heat embossed with whiter detail embossing powder, then did a watercolor wash using Peerless Watercolors.
Next I cut Abstract Heart Die-namics from the watercolor paper and created a shaker element using Heat Resistant Acetate card stock, foam mounting tape, and sequin filler.
And there you have it for Day Four of MFT’s January Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
