Let’s Celebrate You–Color Throwdown Challenge #534

Hey there! It’s time for a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Amy Rohl is our hostess and she’s got a fun combo for us!

So, when in doubt, get out MFT’s Happy Birthday Blend Stamp Set and Die-namics, LOL! You can use ANY colors together with this little gem! So, I stamped up the letters using Orange Zest, Chocolate Brown, and Blu Raspberry dye inks and cut it out with the coordinating Die-namics then set it aside. I wanted a background with a little interest but not one that would detract from these letters so I chose to heat emboss Musical Notes Background in white on Sweet Tooth card stock then popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base. Once I had that lined up I pulled out Tweethearts Stamp Set and Die-namics and colored up a couple of those adorable birdies to help me complete the theme.

I added Happy Birthday Blend to the card front with foam tape, added the birds, and heat embossed a sentiment from More Essential Sentiments on Milk Chocolate card stock, also popped up on foam. I finished off with some enamel dots and decided I like it a lot.
