Happy Birthday, Handsome - Color Throwdown Challenge #704

 

Hey there, it's time for a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! Today's challenge is brought to us by Amy Rohl based on her decidedly masculine hued inspiration piece.

Since I felt these colors were on the masculine side that's what I went with, pulling out MSTN Mustache Trio Di-namics and MSTN Super Stache Stamp Set. 

To begin, I stamped white card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink and Happy Birthday Background, in a bit of a rustic manner then stamped the sentiment with Jalapeño Popper dye ink and adhered it to a Jalapeño Popper card stock base.

Next I cut mustaches from Black Licorice, Cement Gray, and Milk Choolate card stocks, drew some pencil lines to add a few highlights, and popped them up on the card front with foam tape. I was sort of stumped with the color combo at first, but once I decided to go the masculine route, this card came together in a snap!
