Today I’m showing you a set called Life’s Direction—such a wonderful set for many different occasions.
I started with a Kraft card stock base, then stamped a panel of more Kraft card stock with the chicken wire image (be STILL, my heart!) from MPD Distressed Background Blocks (FYI, I stamped it twice on this panel) with Black Licorice ink stamped off once, and then stamped the weather vane base, from Life’s Direction, with the new Red Hot ink (hard to keep a heart still with all the new goodness this month!). Then, with Black Licorice ink, I stamped the rooster. I distressed the edges, both with a distressing tool and Black Soot Distress ink, then matted it with Black Licorice card stock and adhered it to my card base. I stamped the sentiment on the edge and added a Black Licorice button accent, tied with hemp cord.
