Best Year Ever–SSSC #224

Happy Sunday, everyone! It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I totally LOVE this sketch! Gonna have to use it again and again, I’m thinkin’.




I’m using Primitive Cream card stock for my card base. The next layer is Razzle Berry card stock stamped with DC Large Scale Backgrounds and Whip Cream pigment ink. I added a strip of glitter paper across the top, then stamped the sentiment, from Birthday Sentiments, on Black Licorice card stock with Whip Cream pigment ink and heat embossed with off white embossing powder. I wrapped around some hemp cord and tied on a Razzle Berry button before popping it up on foam. The three flags were cut with Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and are, left to right, LJD Art Expression Text stamped on Primitive Cream card stock with Steel Gray ink, Black Licorice card stock, and Kraft card stock stamped with Versamark and Striped Backgrounds. To finish the card off, I added some enamel dots.

Another sentiment from Birthday Sentiments was stamped on the inside.
