You Make Me Smile–Catered Crop Recipe Challenge

Hi, everyone! Today I have a card for the current Catered Crop Recipe Swap Challenge. Linda is asking us to shake it up with shaker boxes. They are so much fun to make and we hope you’ll join us in the challenge. As always, Linda has a Pinterest board to help get you inspired.

My card started with a Grout Gray card stock base, then I popped up another piece of Sweet Tooth card stock that I dry embossed with Polka Dot Cover-Up Die-namics. I made my shaker box using the TRANSFORM-ables Smile Die-namics from Black Licorice card stock and clear acetate card stock. The sentiment at the top was stamped with Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The back was sponged with Sun Ray Stencil and Lemon Drop ink, Orange Fizz ink, and Tangy Orange ink and matching sequins went on the inside. I added some Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics cut from Orange Fizz card stock stamped with Grid Background and Grout Gray ink, Tangy Orange card stock stamped with Typewriter Text Background and Steel Gray ink, and Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Striped Backgrounds and Black Licorice ink. At the top I added a little loop of Orange Fizz grosgrain ribbon and a black twine tied Grout Gray button.

On the inside I sponged on more of the Sun Ray stencil and over stamped with a sentiment from Blue Skies Ahead with Steel Gray ink.
