Don’t forget that release it on July 7th at 10 pm—all the details are available on the MFT Blog.
I am totally in love with this little PI!!! How sweet it she??? I had so much fun coloring her—I did some research and found that lots of times mimes incorporate red into their costumes and I’m all about red, especially teamed with black and white.
So, I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base. Then, on a piece of Ranger watercolor paper, I stamped Split Diagonal Background with Versamark, leaving the margins off the paper, and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I did a watercolor wash with Wild Cherry dye ink refill and popped it up on foam mounting tape after tying around some black twine. Next I added a couple of Pierced Rectangle Frames Die-namics, cut from silver foil card stock, one offset on the other and popped up on foam. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark on a LLD Hip Clips Die-namics cut from Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, as well. The heart embellishment was cut from Grout Gray card stock and Wild Cherry card stock then the clip was added to the silver frame. I stamped my PI on Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb with Black Licorice hybrid ink and using my MISTI for perfect placement, then colored her with Copic markers before popping her up over the frames. I couldn’t resist making her little mouth into a heart like a real mime :) How darling is that face????
Here you can see the dimension of my layers.
And there you have if for Day Three! Thanks SO much for stopping by! See you soon!
