Hello! Welcome to Day One—and the final day—of MFT’s April Release Countdown! We’re so close—tonight is the night! Release is at 9pm Eastern in the MFT online store. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details. Today we’re previewing Beautiful Butterflies, Beautiful Butterflies Die-namics, You Give Me Butterflies, Sentiment Label Strip Die-namics, Tweet Wishes, Tweet Wishes Die-namics, and Well-Connected Numbers.
I have a couple of cards to share with you today starting with this CAS design using Beautiful Butterflies. It is really quite simple and came together quickly so would be a good card to stamp up in a hurry. To begin, I added a strip of Black & White Basics Paper Pack to the left side of a Sweet Tooth card stock base. Then, on another, trimmed down piece of Sweet Tooth card stock I stamped the butterflies—first layer with Black Licorice dye ink and the second with, top to bottom, Summer Splash dye ink, Green Room dye ink, and Lush Lagoon dye ink.
I splattered it with some watered down black Kuretake Gansai watercolor, popped it up on the base with foam mounting tape, and called it done!

Next is a Silver Anniversary card featuring a couple of new products.
I started with a Stone Gray card stock base. Next is Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Delicata Silver Pigment Ink and Garden Flourish Background, popped up on foam tape. Next I stamped the sentiment—the “25” was stamped with Well-Connected Numbers and Versamark, then heat embossed with silver detail embossing powder. The rest of the sentiment was stamped with Essential Sentiments and Cement Gray dye ink. See the shine of the embossed numbers in the below photo.
Next I cut Stitched Dome Frames Die-namics from Brushed Silver cards stock, popped it up on the sentiment panel with foam tape, trimmed around the frame, and adhered it to the card front. To finish, I added Stitched Flowers Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and Brushed Silver card stock with enamel dots for the centers.
And there you have it for the final day of MFT’s April Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tonight at 9pm Eastern for the New Product Launch!
