I'm Bats About You - Color Throwdown Challenge #659

 

Hello and welcome to a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Vickie is our hostess with a bright nod to Fall!

Those flowers are gorgeous but I was in a spooky mood so I used them for my batty background! To begin, I sponged Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Grape Jelly, Red Hot, and Orange Zest dye inks. 

Next I added the moon, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock with A2 Circle STAX Die-namics and stamped with Distressed Patterns Stamp Set and Cement Gray dye ink, then and stamped the little bats from Ghostly Greetings Stamp set with Extreme Black hybrid ink and popped it up on a Black Licorice card stock base with foam tape.

The bat from BB Witch Way Is the Candy? Stamp Set was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, colored with Copic markers and fussy cut out. The sentiment, from the same set, was stamped on Grape Jelly card stock cut with Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics and both were popped up on foam. To finish off, I added some matching enamel dots.
