Hey, there! It’s Wednesday noon so it must be time for this week’s MFTWSC! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I love this sketch! That diagonal strip is a great element for a sentiment—or a border—or any number of other things. I chose to go with a bold sentiment my card.
I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock card base, then trimmed down a Sno Cone card stock panel for my scene. I added some grass in the form of the new Tall Grassy Edge Die-namics and popped up some Cloud Trio Die-namics in the “sky”. I cut the bunny using Sweet Tooth card stock and LJD Easter Bunny Die-namics and stamped with the bunny image from LJD Easter Bunny with Chocolate Brown ink—I think he looks like a chocolate bunny :)
I stamped the sentiment, also from LJD Easter Bunny on my diagonal strip, popped it up on foam and then popped the bunny up, as well.
On the inside I stamped a row of carrots using the images from LJD Easter Bunny with Orange Fizz ink and Sour Apple ink.
And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by!
