Hi, and welcome to Day Five of MFT’s March Release Countdown! Today we’re previewing Wildflowers Centerpieces Die-namics, Happy Camper Die-namics, Campy Tree Lines Die-namics, Wood Plank Background, and In the Woods Stencil. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details about these awesome new products. And don’t forget, release is on March 11 at 10pm!
I’m using Wildflower Centerpieces Die-namics for my card today—I just love what a statement that one product makes! I started with a Grout Gray card stock base, then cut out my Wildflowers Centerpieces Die-namics from Sour Apple card stock. Before I did that, though, I adhered a piece of this Adhesive sheet to my card stock—it makes adhering those tiny stems so much easier! I also always use my metal adapter plate when I cut anything with intricate pieces. OK, so after it was cut out, I adhered it to some Sno Cone card stock and trimmed down the edges before popping it up on my Grout Gray base,
Then I cut the flower heads from Bubblegum card stock, Wild Cherry card stock, Orange Fizz card stock, Grapesicle card stock, and Lemon Drop card stock and adhered them to the Sour Apple base die cut. To make this easier, I used a Quickie glue pen and my Quick Stik tool. When that was done I stamped the sentiment, from another new set this month from Lisa Johnson, LJD Words of Inspiration, on a strip of Sweet Tooth card stock with Steel Gray ink and popped it up on foam.
I stamped another sentiment from that set on the inside.
And that’s it! Thanks so much for stopping by today! See you back tomorrow!
