I’m Under Your Spell–C4C #256

Hi, all, it’s time for another Crazy 4 Challenges! Jessie is our host this month and today she has a color challenge for us: orange, purple, and bright green.

These are perfect Halloween colors, of course, so that’s what I went with. I started with a Sweet Tooth Card Stock base, then, on another piece of Sweet Tooth Card Stock, I spread some silver embossing paste through Small Checkerboard Stencil. While that was drying, I cut the frog from X-Press It Blending Card with Witch Way Is the Candy? Die-namics, stamped the coordinating image from Witch Way Is the Candy? with Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, and colored it with these Copic markers.

 

Next I used a leftover piece of water colored stenciled paper with a strip of silver glitter paper, popped up on foam. To see how I did the water color stenciling, check out my YouTube video HERE. Next I cut a Pierced Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics from Sweet Tooth Card Stock and splattered it with ink and MIX-ables Sheer Shimmer Mist, made with Orange Fizz Refill, Sour Apple Refill, and Grape Jelly Refill. I popped that up with foam, added the frog and the sentiment, stamped with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder on a Say What? Die-namics cut from Black Licorice card stock. To finish it off, I added black twine to the tag and glitter paper stars in the challenge colors, cut with Sun, Moon, & Stars Die-namics.

On the inside is another sentiment from the set along with a bat image.
