Miss You–C4C #289

Hi, all, it’s time for another Crazy 4 Challenges!! This month Danielle is our host and for her first challenge she wants us to celebrate the sun! Either with sun images or die cuts, or lots of bright yellow.

Obviously, I went with lots of bright yellow for my card ;-) I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then added another piece of Sweet Tooth card stock, cut with Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, stamped with a sentiment from Written in Watercolor with Black Licorice dye ink and popped up on foam mounting tape. Then I stamped up a bunch of Watercolor Flowers on Watercolor Flowers Die-namics with the following colors: Lemon Chiffon dye ink, Lemon Drop dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, and for the leaves, Limelight dye ink, Sour Apple dye ink, and Jellybean Green dye ink. The flower centers were stamped with Black Licorice dye ink. I arranged and adhered them to the card, some popped up on foam mounting tape and some directly to the card. To finish off I added a few black enamel dots.

Another sentiment from Written in Watercolor was stamped on the inside.
