Fiesta–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #379

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I’m using some creative license with this design, as I am wont to do, LOL! First I stenciled my sky using Mini Cloud Edges and Blue Breeze dye ink. I cut Fiesta Die-namics three times from Sweet Tooth card stock and colored what would be the top layer with Copic markers in a rainbow effect, then layered the three and adhered to the top of the card. I used the limb from Harvest Buddies for the diagonal demarcation, colored it with Copics and fussy cut it out because I didn’t want to take up any more room on the card front.



Next I created my piñata and you can see exactly how I did that if you check out my class in this month’s Release Classes. I hung him from the tree limb and scattered about some goodies, courtesy of PI Birthday Piñata Stamp set, also fussily cut because I wanted them to match :)
