I loved this collection of products SO much when they were in the card kit a couple of months ago and I had a ball playing with them again for this release! I had made myself a note while I was creating for the card kit release to try copper embossing powder on Kraft card stock so that’s what I did for this first card. I love the way it looks! I decided to color the flower with Prismacolor pencils since it had been a LONG time since I’d shown them any love. So, I started by embossing the image several times on a Kraft card stock base. Then I cut Kraft card stock with Blueprints 33 Die-namics and stamped the image again, off the edge.

countdownday1_2018dec10b

I stamped the sentiment from Hello Beautiful Stamp Set with Lush Lagoon Premium Dye ink and popped it up on foam tape. Then I cut Beautiful Die-namics from Copper Sparkle card stock and backed with Lush Lagoon card stock and popped it up on foam as well. I really love how this turned out.
*****

For my second card I went with a hot color with Copic markers.

countdownday1b_2018dec10

The image was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored with Copic markers. Then I added a panel of Plaid Patterns Paper Pack and popped the flower up on foam tape.

countdownday1b_2018dec10b

The sentiment was stamped with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink on Tropical Teal card stock cut with Essential Slanted Sentiment Strips and adhered across the plaid panel. Beautiful Die-namics was cut once from Gold Shine card stock and twice from Sweet Tooth card stock, adhered together with spray adhesive and adhered to the card front. I finished off with some Gold Sprinkles.

And that’s it from me for MFT’s December Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by today! Tomorrow I’ll be back for the release with MFT & Friends so I hope to see you again then.

Awwww, such sweet, sweet owls, amirite??? I decided to keep this scene kind of simple so I sponged a night sky using several blue MFT inks on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper and masked off the moon using Circle STAX Set 1 to cut it out. After I sponged my background, I splattered some small stars with slightly watered-down Copic Opaque White and stamped the sentiment.

countdownday2_2018dec9b

Then I stamped the images (I am so happy to have a new branch!!!!! It’s the little things ;-)) with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored them with Copic markers, then I popped them up in front of the moon with foam tape and finished off with some stars cut with the die in the set.
***

Next, I used the lovely sentiment from Beautiful Blessings Stamp Set on the new Blueprints Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock.

countdownday2b_2018dec9

Before adhering it with foam tape, I added more Sweet Tooth card stock dry embossed with Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil. Then I stamped a bunch of images from Brilliant Blooms Stamp Set, cut them out, and colored them with Copic markers.

countdownday2b_2018dec9b

I arranged the flowers, then adhered them with foam tape and finished off with some Gold Sprinkles.

And that’s it from me for Day Two of MFT’s December Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by—hope to see you back tomorrow for the last day of December Release Countdown!

Isn’t she just the cutest??? I started by doing the image. I stamped her with Extreme Black hybrid in on No Line Coloring card stock, cut it out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored everything except the dress with Copic markers. Then I paper pieced the dress using Petite Plaids Paper Pack and did her arms again so they could be on top of the dress, as they would be in real life.

countdownday3_2018dec8b

Then I put her in a scene, with a sponged sky, grass, a sun, and some clouds, all framed with Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX. The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics. Foam tape was used throughout for dimension.
*****

Next up, the adorable fox and his friend. For this card, I began with the sponged background, using Blue Breeze, Peach Bellini, and Coral Crush dye inks. Then I added Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock with the sentiment stamped on the top layer.

countdownday3b_2018dec8

Then I cut Birch Trees Die-namics, backed them with some Kraft card stock and sponged the edges with Kraft dye ink before adding them, tucking them behind the snow and tucking some Puffy clouds behind them.

countdownday3b_2018dec8b

Next I stamped the images on No Line Coloring Card Stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut them out with the Die-namics, colored with Copic markers, and popped them up in the scene with foam tape.

And that’s if for Day Three of MFT’s December Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope to see you back tomorrow for Day Two!

I have a couple of cards for you, starting with this one using the new Brilliant Blooms Stamp Set and Best Wishes Die-namics—one you’ll be seeing more of in a couple of days. I started by stamping Brilliant Blooms images all over some Sweet Tooth card stock, masking the blooms and then stamping the leaves.

countdownday4_2018dec7b

I filled in the stamens with a gold pen, layered the panel with Black Licorice card stock and Gold Shine card stock, then popped it up on foam on a Sweet Tooth card stock base. I then cut Best Wishes Die-namics from Black Licorice card stock and Gold Shine card stock, adhered them together, slightly offset, then popped it all up on foam tape to finish it off.
*****

My second card features the adorable BB Friends at First Sip Stamp Set and Die-namics. I stamped the images with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored them with Copic markers.

countdownday4b_2018dec7

Next I created the background by spreading molding paste through English Brick Wall Stencil on Sweet Tooth card stock, allowed it to dry then I replaced the stencil and sponged with Tangy Orange dye ink. I adhered that to a Sweet Tooth card stock card base, added a Cement Gray card stock “sidewalk” and popped up the colored images on foam tape.

countdownday4b_2018dec7b

The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Slanted Sentiment Strips and popped up on foam. I finished off with some sweet hearts from the set.

And there you have it for day Four of MFT’s December Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for Day Three!

OK, I saw these sheep, and being still in Christmas mode, I immediately thought of a sweatshirt I got for my DH (who was a high school Spanish teacher) many years ago and thought I’d just try to play off of it. I actually have another idea with this theme percolating so we’ll see if I get it done, LOL!

For this card, I kept it pretty simple, with a Stone Gray card stock base, splattered with slightly watered-down Copic Opaque White for the snow. Then I stamped the images and cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics and colored them with Copic markers. The Santa hats are from Deck the Howls Stamp Set, colored with Copics and fussy cut out.

countdownday5_2018dec6_2b

I added Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock, popped up on foam for dimension, popped up the sheep, and added sentiment using LLD Stitched Banner Alphabet cut from Wild Cherry Card Stock and adhered directly to the “snow” for the finish. I love how this turned out!
*****

For my second card I went even more CAS, using Bold Beautiful Die-namics. To begin, I sponged the background with, top to bottom, Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry, and Purple Rain Premium Dye Inks on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper.

countdownday5b_2018dec6

Then I stamped a sentiment from Simply Fabulous Sayings with Versamark, heat embossed with silver detail embossing powder, and adhered it to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.

countdownday5b_2018dec6b

Next I cut Bold Beautiful Die-namics from Silver Sparkle Card Stock, adhered it to the card front with spray adhesive, and finished off with some Sparkling Clear Mix sequins.

And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow for Day Four of MFT’s December Release Countdown so I hope to see you then!
