Recently, my friend Maria sent me some Impression Obsession images. This is one of them and I just love it!
I don't know what paper it's stamped on, but I know she used Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored it with Copic markers and matted it with Yoyo Yellow and Bermuda Bay cardstock, after sponging the edges with Bermuda Bay ink. The fish was colored a second time and popped up on the first image with Pop Dots. The sentiment is computer generated and I added some Crystal Stickles to the bubbles. Some ribbon, a charm, and some MFT Glittered Garnishes from the Spring Collection finish it off.
