Live for Today–C4C #278

Hi, everyone, welcome to the latest Crazy 4 Challenges challenge! Today is sketch day, and here it is:

So, I’ll admit I was stumped at first—then I started thinking outside of the box and came up with this design. My card started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then I created my background using Ranger Watercolor Paper, a medium water brush, and Lush Lagoon dye ink, Blue Breeze dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, Orange Zest dye ink, and Kraft dye ink. My sun was created with Blueprints 21 Die-namics, Daffodil card stock and Orange Zest card stock and my tree with Palm Tree Die-namics, Grout Gray card stock, Gumdrop Green card stock, and Kraft card stock. The sentiment is from Pearls of Wisdom, stamped on Sweet Tooth card stock with Black Licorice dye ink.

Another sentiment from the set was stamped on the inside.

And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you, including our March Guest Designer, Andrea Murdock!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C278.

Thanks so much for stopping by today—see you soon, and remember it’s all about the art!
