Hi, all, this will be a very quick post. I’ve been down with some kind of virus and while I’m on the mend, I’m still not up to snuff.
This is my last Crazy 4 Challenges challenge to host this month and I’m challenging everyone to make a one layer card. I know, I can hear the groans now ;-) Just try it—you might like it, LOL! I love to step back from all the layers every now and then and just let the design shine through.
For my card, first I did an impression of part of MFT’s Die-namics Layered Label set, then did some lattice-type score lines using my Scor-Buddy. Then I stamped the sentiment, from More Essential Sentiments. Next I made flower embellishment using my fabulous Die-namics Royal Rose with a couple of Die-namics Royal leaves—yeah, one of them is hiding a bit ;-) I thought it needed a little something more, so I added a Copic-colored rhinestone trio inside the impressed label area.
