Hi, everyone! Today is à la modes day, but before I show you what I did with this month’s à la modes - You're My Cup of Tea, there’s this:

First of all, I painted the “bag” with craft paint. Then I covered the front with some pretty patterned paper and distressed it up a bit with ink and a sanding block and set it aside. I stamped the à la modes image and and did some coloring and otherwise paper pieced the rest. Here’s a close up of the layers and the dimension I was able to achieve. I popped the tea bag label up on foam bits and added a hemp cord “string”, as well :)
Then I cut out the new Die-namics Looped Border and molded it into an arch that would fit the handle of the “bag”.
I glued that down and added a seam binding bow with a Razzle Berry button tied on with hemp cord. I cut out a Die-namics Traditional Tags STAX
die cut, stamped a sentiment on it, and attached it under the button.

I started a new job Monday, after 5 mos of commuting from my kitchen to my home office, the walk from the Metro was exhausting me by the time I got home and I'm very behind on my emails, so fewer comments this release -- but I'm hoping to get caught up this morning! Love how you curved the LOOPY BORDER around the handle. BRILLIANT! Also love using stamps for projects as opposed to just cards.
