Hi–MFT June Teaser, Day Three

 

Hi, everyone, back again to day with Day Three of MFT’s June teasers. Today I’m showing you another new set by Lisa Johnson, LJD Art Expression Text. I’m in LOVE!! I started with a Kraft card stock base and stamped it all over with LJD Art Expressions Text with Kraft ink. Then I cut a Die-namics Traditional Tags STAX from some AWESOME new paper being released this month: Primitive White card stock. There’s also Primitive Cream card stock and I’m in serious love with them both!! Anyway, I sponged the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and added some twill tape with a Blu Raspberry button and hemp cord. I cut the “hi” from last month’s Die-namics Happy Hellos from glitter paper and popped it up on foam. I added a Die-namics Leafy Flourish, cut from Sour Apple card stock, and a butterfly using Die-namics LJD Blissful Butterflies and more Primitive White card stock. I stamped the butterfly, from LJD Blissful Butterflies, with Orange Fizz ink and popped it up, too. To finish it off, I adhered some matching sequins.

Here’s the inside with a sentiment from LJD Blissful Butterflies and a butterfly stamped off once using Orange Fizz ink. You can see the gorgeous specks in the Primitive White card stock better in this photo.
