Happy Birthday–MFT Color Challenge #48

MFTCPC48_2016jun24

Hi, all, I'm back with this week's MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here's this week's color combo: Wild Wisteria, Lavender Fields, Blu Raspberry, and Sour Apple. All of the details about the color challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I love it when I find some patterned paper will work for the challenge! This time Plaid Patterns Paper Pack to the rescue!! I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base then added a strip of Watercolor Wash Paper pack down the right side. On more Sweet Tooth card stock, I spread molding paste through Cascading Scallop Stencil and popped it up on foam mounting tape after tying around some baker’s twine.

Next I cut Big Numbers Die-namics from Plaid Patterns Paper Pack and popped them up on foam, then added the sentiment from LJD You’re the Sweetest, stamped with Versamark on Lavender Fields card stock then heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I finished off with some clear Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

And that’s all I have for you today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
