I have a couple of cards for you today using some of these new products. I am in love with these leaves!! Just THINK of the many ways you’re going to be able to use them! One way is to do what I did today. I stamped the leaves on Ranger Watercolor Paper with Versamark, heat embossed with copper detail embossing powder, and colored them with Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush. Then I mounted it on a Primitive Cream card stock base and added the sentiment, also on Primitive Cream card stock and also heat embossed with copper embossing powder. I cut it with Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics and added a Copper Shine card stock layer under it, cut with Blueprints 29 Die-namics. Some copper thread adds another layer of copper to tie everything together.

My second card uses the SUPER cute
Llama Love and Llama Love Die-namics.

Sweet Tooth card stock was used for everything except the images, which were stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. For the background, I applied molding paste through Small Brick Wall Stencil, let it dry, and then, again through the stencil, sponged on Brick Red dye ink.

The images were popped up on foam mounting tape and the llamas blanket was cut from Trail Mix Paper Pack. The sentiment was stamped on Sweet Tooth card stock cut with Blueprints 28 Die-namics with hemp cord “rope” to simulate a banner across the “street”. This was tons of fun to make!

And that’s it for Day Five! Thanks for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for Day Four of
MFT’s September Release Countdown!
