Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I had not had a chance to use the adorable Beary Big Adventure stamp set and Beary Big Adventure Die-namics during June release so I got them out for this card. I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base and added some Fresh Squeezed Chevron Paper Pack cut with Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-namics—I had to extend it a bit to fit the sketch. Next is some Ranger Watercolor Paper on which I did a watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors after cutting it with Stitched Heart STAX Die-namics and then popped it up on foam mounting tape.
Next I stamped the images on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating dies, and colored them with Copic markers. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Blueprints 27 Die-namics and and heat embossed it with white detail embossing powder. It was popped up on foam then I added the colored images, also with foam, and it was done!
And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!
Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
