Today our team is taking a fresh look at our most recent release with inspiring ideas and innovative takes on the complete collection. We love the opportunity to look at our products with fresh eyes, envisioning entirely new ways to showcase the possibilities they present. We can’t wait to share our ideas with you!
I didn’t get a chance to use this set during the countdown so I got it out for today’s card. I stamped the image from For Owl You Do on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut it out with the coordinating dies, and colored it with Copic markers. I sponged my background using Blue Yonder dye ink, Blueberry dye ink, and After Midnight dye ink and a Mini Ink Blending Tool, then splattered it with watered down Copic Opaque White for the stars. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder before being popped up on the Sweet Tooth card stock base with foam mounting tape.
Next I added the moon, cut from Sweet Tooth card stock with Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics and stamped with Distressed Patterns and Cement Gray dye ink. I cut the branch from Cherry Wood Adhesive-Backed Sheet with LJD Spooky Sweets Die-namics and shaded with Copic markers, popped it up on foam, popped up the owl, and was done!
And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you soon!13/17)
