Hi everyone and welcome back to Day Two Countdown of Filled with Joy, MFT’s September Card Kit. The kit releases tomorrow morning, September 25th at 10am. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for all the details and more samples from this super fun kit!
I decided to play off the sentiment and used Sheet Music Background for the, well, background ;-) I stamped it with Black Licorice dye ink on Sweet Tooth card stock, cut the shaker window, and created the shaker with some Silver Shimmer Seed Beads, closed it up, and popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base. I made an ornament out of the shaker and popped up the J & Y on foam tape so they’d be the same height.
The sentiment was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Slanted Sentiment Strips Die-namics and heat embossed with Silver Detail embossing powder. I matted it with Birthday Blowout Paper Pack cut with the same Die-namics and popped it up on foam. To finish off I used some Sprinkles.
And there you have it from me today. Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back tomorrow for the Release of Filled with Joy Card Kit!
