You Will Be Missed–Color Throwdown Challenge #560

Hey there and welcome to another Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Wanda is our hostess and she has a classic color combo for us.



I dunno, this color combo said school to me so I go to play with a recently released set from MFT called BB Lessons in Love, along with BB Lessons in Love Die-namics. To start, I stamped two of the images around the perimeter of an A2 card stock panel cut using No Line Coloring card stock, and colored the images with Copic markers. Then I stamped the image, cut it out with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored it with Copic markers.

Next, I sponged a background on Sweet Tooth card stock using Lemon Chiffon and Cement Gray dye inks, matted that with Black Licorice card stock, and adhered it with foam tape to the card base. Then I popped up the colored image on foam tape and finished off with the heat embossed sentiment strip adhered with clear foam tape.
