Today we're previewing Big Birthday Wishes Stamp Set, Mini Mail Die-namics, Mail Delivery Die-namics, Balloon STAX Die-namics, Trendy Triangles Stamp Set, and Trendy Triangles Die-namics. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for ALL the details!
I just love Mail Delivery Die-namics and am SO glad it's back!! Obviously I wanted to put it in a door so I looked for ways to make that door and Collage Cover-Up Die-namics provided the perfect solution. I stamped Kraft card stock with Kraft dye ink and Wood Plank Background then cut it out. Next I cut the opening for the mail slot and popped the "frame" areas up on foam tape and adhered the panels directly to my Sweet Tooth card stock base.
Next I cut the mail slot cover and flap from Gold Shine card stock and adhered it directly to the door. I created my envelope using Birthday Brights Patterned Paper, added the tiny note inside, stamped with Big Birthday Wishes Stamp Set, included some Wild Cherry card stock hearts, and sealed it with the larger heart.
The envelope was inserted into the slot and secured with a bit of foam tape close to the bottom edge.
To finish off, I heat embossed the sentiment from Big Birthday Wishes on Translucent Vellum with gold detail embossing powder and adhered it with clear foam tape.
And that's it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by--see you back tomorrow for Day One of MFT's January Vault Countdown.
