NPT1_2014mar11

Hi, everyone, and welcome to MFT’s March New Product Launch! All of the fabulous goodies you’ve seen us showing you for the past week are available right NOW at the MFT Boutique!

Print

I have four cards to share with you using Chalkboard Greetings Too.
Four fabulous new sentiments that will be the focal points of your cards.

For my first card I went all chalkboard technique—which I love. I
chose the largest of the sentiments for this, and along with the spiral-y image, pretty much fills up the front of an A2 card. I stamped it on Black Licorice card stock with Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed with fine detail white embossing powder, then, to make it pop, I matted it with Razzle Berry card stock. I popped it up with foam on a Grout Gray card stock base and added some hot pink enamel dots for accent.

Another sentiment from the set was stamped on the inside on Sweet Tooth card stock with Black Licorice ink.

My second card uses some “patterned paper” that I had in my stash.

This card started with a Primitive White card stock base, then I added some Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics die cuts, using paper I made from Primitive White card stock stamped with Black Licorice ink and LJD Art Expression Text, Blu Raspberry card stock stamped with Sweet Tooth pigment ink using DC Large Scale Backgrounds, and Kraft card stock stamped with Striped Background and Versamark.

I popped up a Pierced Oval STAX Die-namics cut from Black Licorice ink on foam and then topped it with the sentiment from Chalkboard Greetings Too stamped on Primitive White card stock with Black Licorice ink on a Textile Rectangle Die-namics die cut. It was popped up on foam, as well.

Another sentiment from Chalkboard Greetings Too was stamped on the inside with Black Licorice ink.

For my third card, I started with a Kraft card stock base and added a Floral Fusion Cover-Up Die-namics cut from Bubblegum card stock.

Next, I cut a Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-namics from Primitive Cream card stock and stamped the sentiment, from Chalkboard Greetings Too, with Chocolate Brown ink and popped it up on foam. I added a Chocolate Brown card stock strip and added a Bubblegum button tied with hemp cord.

Another sentiment from the set was stamped on the inside.

My last card also starts with a Kraft card stock base. I added some already stamped panels, Sno Cone card stock stamped with Striped Backgrounds and Sno Cone ink and Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Black Licorice ink using LJD Art Expression Text, separated by a strip of Steel Gray card stock.

The sentiment, from Chalkboard Greetings Too, was stamped on a Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-namics die cut from Sweet Tooth card stock. I popped it up on foam and added a strip across the bottom made by using both sizes of First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics, cut from Kraft card stock and stamped with a swirl-y image from the set using Black Licorice ink. I finished off with a Tangy Orange card stock rose cut with Royal Rose Die-namics and Factory Green card stock leaves cut from Royal Leaves Die-namics.

Another sentiment was stamped on the inside.
