Have Big Dreams–C4C #239

Hey, everyone! Welcome to this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges challenge! Today’s challenge is to make a masculine card—Father’s day is not far off so let’s get them done before the last minute :)

My card started off with a Steel Gray card stock base. Then I stamped up some “patterned paper” using Wood Plank background, stamped on Sweet Tooth card stock with Chocolate Brown ink, Kraft ink, and Grout Gray ink. I cut pieced from each color with Vertical Stitched Strips Die-namics and adhered them to the base card. Next, I cut a Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics from Kraft card stock and embossed it with MPD Houndstooth stencil and also adhered that. I stamped the sentiment, From Chalkboard Greetings Too on Black Licorice card stock with Sweet Tooth pigment ink, heat embossed with white embossing power, and popped it up on foam. I then added a Star STAX Die-namics cut from silver glitter paper and a Chocolate Brown button, a Kraft button, and a Natural button, all tied with hemp cord.

Another sentiment was stamped on the inside.

And that's it! Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has for you, including our June Guest Designer, Mary Marsh!

THEN, you know what to do--we'd love to have you come along and play with us. Just do your thing with the challenge and link it to Mr. Linky on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Please link directly to your project. And, if you upload to a public gallery, please use the key word C4C239.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
