Lace, pearls and flouncy ribbons - these are the things that make up
a creation with a truly feminine flair. That's what is at the heart of
this month's challenge. To enter, let's see how you add a dose of
femininity to your cards or creations! Link your project up here (link
to blog) and if you upload to SCS, please use the key word FLLCDEC11.
Use Flourishes stamps if you have them, but if you don't please play
anyway! The winner will receive our entire December release. You have
until December 16 at 5 PM Eastern time to submit.
Hi, all! Welcome to Flourishes December Pre-Release Challenge! This challenge is all about girlie :) Lace, pearls, and flouncy ribbons--I think I have all that covered on my card. I'm using the brought-back-by-popular-demand set, Lace and Trim. This is a retired stamp set that is available for a limited time only at only $10 while our limited supply lasts. I stamped the largest image on colored card stock with white pigment ink and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. Then I tied a sheer ribbon around and through one of the Spellbinders Grommet Tags die cuts, stamped on Classic Ivory card stock with a matching image from Country Charm Labels. I added some white pearls at the corners and it was done!
Now you MUST go see what the rest of the Flourishes Senior Design Team has for you:
- Barbara Anders (that's me!)
- Danielle Kennedy
- Dawn Burnworth
- Julie Koerber - D T Coordinator
- Sharon Doolittle
- Stacy Morgan
- Tammy Hershberger
