Happy Valentine’s Day! I know I’m pushing it but I made these little treats to take to some friends at lunch today and since one of them reads my blog, I didn’t want to post them early—when this goes live we’ll be sitting down to lunch so I’m safe :)
I’m using MFT’s Die-namics LJD Square Pillow Box die to make my little treat holders. They are the perfect size to hold a Ghirardelli square chocolate :) After I assembled the boxes (you only need to add a strip of Scor Tape, or similar adhesive, on one edge and then fold in the flaps—so easy!), I tied around some seam binding in a bow. Then I cut out some Die-namics Heart STAX, stamped the sentiment from LJD Homespun Hearts, and tied them on with some baker’s twine. To get the two colors on the stamped sentiment, I used some SU! markers.
And that’s it! These things are seriously easy to put together and can be used for so many occasions!
