You Spice Up My Life

countdownday4b_2016jan30

Hi, everyone! Today I have another card using MFT February Release products! I just love Francoise--I’m working my way through all the images!!

I started with a
Sweet Tooth card stock base, then cut some County Fair Plaid Paper Pack with Inside & Out Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics for the outside, cut a window with Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX Die-namics, then set it aside. Next I did a watercolor wash with Peerless Watercolors on Ranger Watercolor paper for the wall and added a piece of Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink and Mini Hexagon Background for the kitchen floor.

Then I cut out and stamped up Francoise and the spice jars using BB Recipe for Happiness, BB Recipe for Happiness Die-namics, and Black Licorice hybrid ink. I colored them with Copic markers and popped them up on foam in the scene. The sentiment is from the set and was stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock, cut with Tag Builder Blueprints 4 and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, then finished off with some enamel dots.

And there you have it! Thanks so much for stopping by! See you soon!
