I may have mentioned how much I love the new Party Lights Stamp Set and Die-namics and I’m using them again today for a couple of cards. For my first card I started by sponging Broken China and Salty Ocean Distress ink on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper. After that dried I stamped the cords and the sentiment, from Hand Lettered Holiday Stamp Set with Extreme Black hybrid ink then adhered the panel to a Sweet Tooth card stock base.
Next I cut a lot of bulbs from Gold Sparkle and Silver Sparkle card stock and popped them up on bits if foam tape for dimension to finish off.
*****
My second card is a little more colorful :)
To begin, I stamped the cord with Extreme Black hybrid ink on a panel of Sweet Tooth card stock then created a garland using stamps from Hand-Lettered Holiday Greeting Stamp set and Sour Apple and Jellybean Green dye ink.
Next I cut the light bulb using Wild Cherry, Orange Zest, Pineapple, Gumdrop Green, and Cornflower card stocks and also popped them up on the cord with small pieced of foam tape.
And that’s it from me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Don’t forget that MFT will be giving away TWO $100 vouchers—to have a chance to win one, be sure to comment on each of the posts linked on the MFT Blog by end of the day on Thursday, November 7th. The winners will be announced on the MFT Blog on Friday, November 8th. Good luck!!
