My Life Is Sweeter with You in It–Color Throwdown Challenge #596

Hey there and welcome to a brand new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Lisa’s our hostess and she’s got a Summer-y color palette for us to play with base on her refreshing inspiration piece.

I decided to go the fruit route, too, pulling out PI Sweet Summertime Stamp Set and Die-namics. The image was stamped on No Line Coloring card stock with Extreme Black hybrid ink, cut with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored with Copic markers. I adhered some Black & White Stripes paper pack and a couple Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics cut from paper from Sweet Celebrations paper pack. The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics popped up on foam tape.

Sweet Die-namics was cut from Red Hot and Black Licorice card stock also popped up on foam, as was the colored image itself. I finished off with some glitter enamel dots.
