Halfway to the Big Day–Three Days Until MFT’s September Release!

Hello and welcome to Day Three of MFT’s September Release! Release is on September 8th at 10am Eastern. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for all the details. Today we’re previewing SY Christmas Cheer Stamp Set, SY Christmas Cheer Die-namics, Joyous Holidays Stamp Set, Joyous Holidays Die-namics, Stacked Merry Die-namics (Free with $60), and Micro Cloud Edges Stencil.

Oh, I just love Stacked Merry Die-namics so I *had* to use them in some way for today’s card. To begin, I sponged the background, using Broken China and Hickory Smoke Distress Inks on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper and popped it up on a Wild Cheery card stock base. Then I cut Stacked Merry Die-namics from Silver Sparkle card stock and twice from white scrape card stock and adhered them together with spray adhesive. It was adhered to the card front also with spray adhesive after adding part of a sentiment from SY Christmas Cheer, heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock.

Next I stamped the images from Joyous Holidays Stamp Set, cut them out with the coordinating Die-namics, colored them with Copic markers, and popped them up on the card front with foam tape.

And there you have it for Day Three of MFT’s September Release Countdown! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you back tomorrow for Day Two!
