Hello there, Color Throwdown fans! I’m back again with a gorgeous color combo from Tammy. I confess I would never have put these colors together but they totally WORK!
I’m using an MFT set called Sassy & Sweet for the front sentiment. I stamped it on a Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon flag, popped it up on top of a Die-namics Dizzy Doily die cut, and topped it off with a sweet little Die-namics Upsy Daisy flower with Die-namics Royal Leaves. Some stitching, some Caribbean Teal baker’s twine, and a clear jewel trio finish it off. MFT card stock used is Blue Raspberry, Whip Cream, and Sour Apple. The button in the center of the flower is one of MFT’s new Blue Raspberry buttons.
Here’s the inside with a sentiment from MFT’s Finishing Flourishes.
Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:
And that’s it! Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge. If you don't, just use the closest you have. So, c'mon over to the Color Throwdown blog and play along with us this week. Please use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD202 so we can see your beauty all in one place. Hope to see you there! Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
