Are you ready for another MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge? Here’s this week’s sketch. You can find the sketch on the MFT blog and also in the MFT forum on SCS, as well as in the weekly newsletter. The Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
Since today is July 4th, I decided to make a “Happy Birthday, USA” card. I flipped the sketch on it’s side and used the new Die-namics Designer Labels 3 STAX for my focal element base. Then I made some “bunting” with my Die-namics 1/4” Rosette die and adhered it to the label. I stamped the sentiment, from PI – Lady Liberty on an oval from Die-namics Well Worn Greetings and covered the “seam” with some twill and a jewel-studded Die-namics Star Border. The little flag was done using a Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX die and attached with tiny staples. I added some bling around the top of the label, some ink-distressed postal twine, and finally some Die-namics Stacking Stars.
Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set and more stars.
Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:
