I started by making my card front with patterned paper and a fabulous new die—Die-namics Triple Scallop Border. There are three sizes in the set and guess what? All three of the Simply Scallops dies: Die-namics Simply Scallops, Small, Die-namics Simply Scallops, Medium, and Die-namics Simply Scallops Large coordinate with them. I don’t know if that was intentional or not, but it’s a happy occurrence for me so I layered them up for my vertical borders :)
Then I did some stitching and popped up the sentiment, stamped on a Die-namics Layered Label die cut. Next I popped up a new Die-namics Medium Leafy Flourish and finished it off with a new Die-namics Layered Rose. Further down on this post, you can see the three Leafy Flourishes side by side for comparison. I’ve been wanting a medium sized one so I’m a happy camper.
For you rolled rose challenged folks, you’ll love the new Die-namics Layered Rose. Easy peasy and several ways it can be assembled. Here’s a close up of one way, showing the dimension you can achieve with a layered flower.
Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set:
Here are the Die-namics dies I used on this card:
