It’s here! Today is the final day of MFT’s January Release Countdown! Release is tonight at 10pm—that’s when you can order all of the fabulous products we’ve been showing you for the last week :) Be sure to drop by the MFT Blog today for all the details and to see what some of the other designers have for you today.
My card today is using a new die concept from MFT—TRANSFORM-ables. This month we have TRANSFORM-ables Heart Full of Love Die-namics and I totally love it! There are two ways to use it, like I have on this card, plus there’s a solid heart included in the set that enables you to cut a frame around the word. Awesome, just awesome, I tell you!!
For today’s card, I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base and a layer with corners rounded. I taped the die to the layer with removable tape and ran it through my Vagabond, then popped up a piece of Razzle Berry card stock behind the cut out, then popped the whole thing up on the card base. The sentiment, from another new set this month, PI Love Is in the Air, was stamped on Black Licorice card stock with Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being also popped up on foam. I finished it off with a few clear gems.
The inside has a sentiment from MPD Distressed Hearts, stamped with Black Licorice ink.
And there you have the final Release Countdown card for January! Hope to see you tonight at the release party!
