I {heart} You–SSSC #281

Hi, everyone, and welcome to another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! We have a winner this week—I’m in love with this sketch—so much so that I’ll be using it again this week!

I started my card with a Grout Gray card stock base, on which I stamped Tiny Hearts Background with Versamark—I love the subtle look it gives. Then I added a Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics cut from some paper in my stash: Sweet Tooth card stock stamped with Plaid Builder Background and Wild Cherry dye ink. Next is a Sweet Tooth card stock panel popped up on foam mounting tape, then I cut Double Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock and then dry embossed it with Hugs & Kisses Cover-Up Die-namics and popped it up on foam. Next is the sentiment from MSTN Bionic Bots, stamped on Black Licorice card stock with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. Then I cut MSTN Bionic Bots Die-namics from Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb, stamped the coordinating images from MSTN Bionic Bots with Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored it with Copic markers, and popped it up on foam. I added some Fluttering Hearts Die-namics and Tag Builder Blueprints 3 Die-namics hearts, cut from Wild Cherry card stock to finish it off.

And that’s it! We’d love to see you playing along at the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! Thanks so much for stopping by today—see you soon!

  1. Love that little robot! I resisted ordering this set, but I might not be able to much longer . . .
