Thank You–MFT Color Challenge #55

MFTCPC55_2016oct14

Hi, all, I'm back with this week's MFT Color Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s color combo: Tropical Teal, Persimmon, Lemon Drop, and Limelight. All of the details about the color challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

Well, these colors positively SHOUT Fall, don’t they? I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock base and added a strip of patterned paper I created using Plaid Background Builder and dye inks in the challenge colors. I added a strip of it down the right side and a Sweet Tooth card stock panel, popped up on foam mounting tape.

Next I cut Twice the Thanks Die-namics from Kraft card stock and sponged it with Milk Chocolate dye ink to create an ombre effect. I adhered it on top of a strip of Kraft card stock on which I stamped part of a sentiment from Kind Thanks stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I added a cluster of Falling Leaves Die-namics, cut from Kraft card stock, Persimmon card stock, and Gumdrop Green card stock tied together with hemp cord. I finished off with some enamel dots.

Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the
MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
