Happy Purr-thday–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #446

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I was totally inspired by some wall art I recently saw for this card. There were three panels, each with a black cat peering around an edge, but I changed it up to have the whole cat showing in the bottom panel. To begin, I cut my sections from No Line Coloring card stock, stamped the images with Extreme Black hybrid ink, and colored them with Copic markers.

Then I matted all three panels with Black Licorice card stock and popped the whole thing up on a Sweet Tooth card stock base with foam tape. The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics and I finished off with some enamel dots.

And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
