Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
I hadn’t had a chance to use Cute Conversation Stamp Set and Die-namics from the January Release so I thought I give them a whirl for this card. To start, I adhered Sweet Stack patterned paper on a Sweet Tooth card stock base then did a watercolor wash on some Ranger Watercolor paper for the card front background. After it dried, I popped it up on the card base with foam tape.
I stamped three of the hearts from Cute Conversation with Lavender Fields, Tickled Pink, and Red Hot dye inks and heat embossed a sentiment from Smitten with You on Black Licorice card stock cut with Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips. I adhere the sentiment strip directly and popped the stamped hearts up on foam to carry out the sketch. To finish off, I added some hearts, cut from Red Hot card stock and Silver Sparkle card stock with Tag Builder Blueprints 5 and added them for accents.
And there you have it! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!
Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
