Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.
What a fun sketch! Since we don't have any oval Die-namics now I decided Balloon STAX Die-namics would work as a great substitute for this card. To begin, I created my cloud background using Micro Cloud Edges and Broken China Distress ink, then cut it with the largest balloon die. For the horizontal element, I cut three colors from Strip Splash Paper Pack and lined them up together on a Sweet Tooth card stock base.
Next I stamped the image from RAM Sweet Celebration Stamp Set, cut it with the coordinating Die-namics, and colored it with Copic markers. I adhered the balloon with foam tape then popped up the colored image on the balloon with foam tape as well.
The sentiment was heat embossed on Black Licorice card stock cut with Skinny Strips Die-namics and adhered with foam tape and I finished off with a few glitter enamel dots.
And
there you have it! Now it’s YOUR turn to play! Remember, you can get
all the details by visiting the MFT Blog. You have the chance to win a $50 in MFT voucher. Winners
are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!
Thanks
for stopping by! See you soon!
