Hello, and welcome to Day Six of MFT’s July Teasers! Today we’re previewing Party Balloons, Party Balloons Die-namics, You're Invited, and Happy Birthday Die-namics. As always, be sure to check out the MFT Blog for all the details on today’s product line up.
As part of our 7th birthday bash, three of our July release products are available exclusively through our website, mftstamps.com.
You'll find Party Balloons stamp set, Party Balloons Die-namics, and Happy Birthday Die-namics only at mftstamps.com.
I have two cards for you today and I’m using all of the products being previewed today on them. My first card is a birthday party invitation. I challenged myself to make an invitation that would be easy and quick to make and I think I did it. After I got the entire design worked out, it only took me about 15 minutes to make the card. Very doable for mass producing.
I popped up a Sweet Tooth card stock layer on a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then stamped the balloon strings and bow from Party Balloons with Kraft ink. Then I cut Die-namics Party Balloons from Smooth White card stock and stamped them with the new-this-month Banana Split ink, Berrylicious ink, and Sour Apple ink. I adhered them, popping up the center one. Then I stamped the sentiment, from You’re Invited, with Black Licorice ink, and added a few sequins for fun.
For the inside, first I stamped the lines and the words with Black Licorice ink, then added the other elements from Party Balloons and You’re Invited. These two sets work so well together to help create a fabulous invitation.
*****
My next card is a birthday card. I stamped the strings with Black Licorice ink then cut out the balloons, from Die-namics Party Balloons, from Smooth White card stock and stamped them with more images from Party Balloons using Banana Split ink, Bubblegum ink, and Blu Raspberry ink. The sentiment is from a previously released set, Die-namics By the Numbers Die & Stamp Set and was stamped on a Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon flag and popped up on foam. I cut the number, using the soon-to-be-released Die-namics Big Numbers from Bubblegum card stock and popped it up, as well. I finished it off with some enamel dots in matching colors.
For the inside, I added a sentiment created with Die-namics Happy Birthday, cut from Blu Raspberry card stock and Bubblegum card stock.
And that’s it for today! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope to see you back again tomorrow with the last teaser for July. Remember release is tomorrow night at 10pm!
