All Smiles - MFT July Card Kit Countdown, Day Two

Hi, everyone, welcome to Day Two of MFT’s July Card Kit Countdown: All Smiles Card Kit. Don’t you love these flowers! And the gorgeous colors in the kit just scream summer!




For this card, I stamped up a piece of Smooth White card stock (included in the kit) with flowers to create my own patterned paper using Cotton Candy dye ink, Gumdrop Green dye ink, Lemon Drop dye ink, Orange Fizz dye ink, Persimmon dye ink, Pineapple dye ink, Ripe Raspberry dye ink, and Sour Apple dye ink. I cut a strip to run down the side of my card base, then also cut it Twice the Smiles Die-namics. I popped up the die cut sentiment on more Smooth White card stock with foam mounting tape, using the negative as a template for accurate placement.



I adhered that to the card base with more foam tape then stamped the sentiment from All Smiles with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Slanted Sentiment Strips Die-namics (mid-month Free With $60), heat embossed with white detail embossing powder, and popped it up on foam, as well. To finish off, I added some enamel dots in some of the kit colors
